The Mindful App store is full of mindfulness apps, but there’s one that may help you feel less stressed and distracted.
The company is called Mindful Minds and it’s designed to help you get more out of your mind.
Mindful Mind is based on a method called mindfulness meditation.
You take a few minutes a day to pay attention to your breath and focus on the sensations of your body, mind and thoughts.
